Book your visit (schools and organized groups)

Visits by organized groups or school groups are only possible upon reservations sent to muszool@unict.it;

Two morning shifts for school visits are available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, one at 9:00 and one at 11:00, and only one shift is available within the two opening afternoons of Tuesday and Thursday (admission at 15:00).

Before choosing a proposed date for the visit, it is recommended to take a look, checking the availability of the shift, at the museum's calendar of openings, closings, events and reservations.

Here are some brief informations:

• Guided tours last approximately 50-60 minutes.
• Guided tours are free.
• Two morning shifts are available for school visits, one at 9:00 and one at 11:00, and one shift is available within each of the two opening afternoons on Tuesday and Thursday (admission at 15:00).
• The capacity of the museum is a maximum of about 20-25 visitors at the same time (one full class, accompanying teachers included, is allowed however).
• School visit days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday morning.
• The museum is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and during public holidays.

Once the date of the visit has been agreed upon, a notification of the booking confirmation will be sent to the school's official email adress. Before the visit starts, the accompanying teacher must hand over a copy of the list of visiting children.
